A: If you prefer not to have the treatment at your home, I have a therapy room at my home address please phone to arrange a suitable time.
Q: what should I expect after the Reflexology Treatment?
A:The effects of reflexology are unique to each person. Immediately after the treatment most people experience a sense of well being and relaxation, others find it uplifting and energising.
Sometimes clients experience other side effects which may include:-
- Tiredness
- Cold like symptoms
- A need to urinate more than usual
- More emotional than usual
- More lethargic than usual
Occasionally people find their original symptoms get worse this is known as a healing crisis but is only temporary and should only last 1-3 days
